Custom orders, shipment, refunds and exchanges

CUSTOM ORDERS: if you would like a custom order please contact me, my email is [email protected].

SHIPPING: All items are made to order, please allow 2-3 days for shipment. During busy times this may be a little longer, but I will email you to let you know how long it will take. If you need something sooner, please contact me to see what I can do.

All orders are sent by Royal mail signed for 1st Class (it aims to deliver next working day including Saturday). Prices varies from £2.03 up to £4.30 for larger items.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: I try to provide all the information you might need in the products description, but if you are still unsure of anything, please do not hesitate in contacting me prior to purchasing.
